Processing Time
All orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. While we aim to ship during business days, in some cases, orders may also be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days from the date of shipment. However, in rare cases, shipping can take longer due to customs delays. If an order takes more than 30 days to arrive, it will be considered lost in transit, and a full refund will be issued.
