Eligibility for Returns

  • Within 15 Days of Delivery: Customers may return an item if:
    • It is defective or damaged
    • It is of bad quality
    • It does not match the description
    • The wrong item was delivered
  • Change of Mind or Mistaken Purchase (Only for US Customers):
    • US customers may return items within 7 days of delivery if they no longer need the item or purchased it by mistake.
    • Customers from other countries are not eligible for returns under these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

  • If you have an account:
    • Log in to your account, go to the “Order” section, and click the Return button.
    • The Return button will appear once your order is marked as delivered.

Return Process

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label along with detailed instructions for returning the product.
  2. Attach the label to the product box and drop it off at the nearest return drop-off point.

In cases involving defective, poor-quality, mismatched, or incorrect items, we may authorize a refund without requiring the product’s return. However, we reserve the right to request the return of the item in certain situations.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 days after the item is dropped off at the return location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
  • The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, payment system, or card issuer, which is beyond our control.

Lost or Misdelivered Items

  • Lost Items:
    • If you do not receive your item within 30 days of placing the order, it will be considered a lost item in transit, and an automatic refund will be issued.
  • Misdelivered Items:
    • If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it was delivered to the wrong person, please contact us immediately.
    • We will investigate the issue with the courier company. If it is confirmed that you did not receive the item, we will issue a refund.
    • We will keep you updated throughout the investigation process to ensure transparency.
